Due to the Covid-19 pandemic,you may experience delivery delays but we are committed to getting your jewelry to you as soon as possible.

Please allow between 2-3 business days for processing time and and 2-10 business days for your order to arrive, sometimes the orders might come even sooner all of our items are available in our shop and we deliver from New York. If more than 15 business days have passed please email us at zeezee9180@gmail.com to review the status of your order. Refunds in a store credit form will be handled through email.
We only ship within the USA.

All of our packages are standard and will have a tracking number, once the packages have been delivered, we are no longer responsible for any of the items sent to our customers. Please contact the shipping carrier to further assist you.
